Shipping Policy

  • Please note as an ethical lifestyle brand, all of our items are pre-sale product as to minimise fabrics wastage. We are serious in making sure all of our fabrics in store are fully used and we are practising zero fabric waste as our brand movement. And also to make sure our customer get the best fitted garments according to customers preferred measurements. You may inform us your preferred measurements once you have placed the order.

  • It will takes 2-3 business days to get your orders ready. R.Y.O ships orders daily except Friday and Saturday. However if you need deliveries on these two days due to urgency kindly contact us. 

  • We ship all R.Y.O orders with Poslaju or Skynet for Malaysians customers and Pos Malaysia (standard delivery).

  •  Estimated timeline for standard delivery is approximately 3-5 days* for Malaysians customers. You can track your order online.

  • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Express shipping is available via Pos Malaysia/DHL. Select this option at checkout to receive your delivery between 2-3 days* (estimate only). .

  • Due to COVID-19, All International Delivery will be by Express Delivery as no normal shipping available. Estimation date will be 7-14 days for international customers. Customers will be notified which Express Courier we will be using after the shipment. All order will be given a tracking number.

  • Shipping internationally means you may liable for customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Contact your local customs office for more information.

  • We also offer an option for local pick-up. Please wait for email notification before picking up your order.

  • Please note: as we are based in a regional area, shipping times can vary.

  • Shipping will be calculated at check out.

Return &

Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns of order for size changes or faulty items only.

  • You may return or exchange (where available) your R.Y.O Online Store purchase, including sale items, by sending it back to the R.Y.O. subject to availability of the same items. As our traditional fabrics are produced in small quantity, we might have to change your order to other Batik fabrics available.

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted on items within 15 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted. 

  • Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.

    We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
